Planning the Toddler’s Birthday Party

My daughter’s birthday is coming up. I have been thinking about this for months now. I want to do something different and fun because she’s getting bigger. Jessie’s birthday is in the middle of November and there’s no telling what the Texas weather will do. Last year it wasn’t cold, but it was raining.
