On This Day In History:

Jesse Owens won his fourth gold medal at the 1936 Berlin Olympics. He won it in the 4x100 relay and set a world record with his team that lasted more than 20 years. This was a great day in sports history and we'll reflect more on that in the Fitness blog, but your son or daughter can be proud of their birthday in history as a blow against Nazi propaganda.
